As the first step in our journey as part of Technicis group towards becoming one of the largest language service providers globally, AAC Global will combine operations with Arancho Doc, another Technicis Group company with Nordic operations. Together, we will form the Technicis Group’s Northern Europe division and continue to serve our customers with an even wider range of expertise and international know-how supporting us.
In this transition process towards becoming a unified Northern Europe division, it’s natural that we should also consolidate our leadership team. The new CEO of AAC Global and Arancho Doc Finland is Danilo Monaco.
“It’s logical to combine our operations in Northern Europe,” says Danilo. “We want to serve our clients even better. With this change, we can more effectively share best practices, deepen the scope of our expertise, and offer a wider range of international services to our clients.”
Danilo Monaco has long experience in the language services industry. He has been part of the Arancho Doc leadership team for the last six years, serving as CEO of Arancho Doc for the last three years. Before that, he had worked for seven years at AAC Global in management and supplier management. Both he and Arancho Doc have been trusted AAC partners for years, and we are very excited to be working more closely with him and our Arancho Doc colleagues.
AAC Global would like to thank Petri Lehmus for his leadership and achievements during his time as Managing Partner. Under Petri’s leadership, AAC has restructured and developed its organization, which guided us onto a growth track. Our revenue for 2017 grew by almost EUR 2 million to EUR 15.9 million, and alongside the improved sales, our profitability also improved, with EBITDA of EUR 1.1 million.
